Anne Davis Teaching Teachers How to Blog

On this third day of our Blog2Learn workshop for Language Arts teachers, Anne Davis is leading the workshop. She is a specialist in how to use blogs in Language Arts classes.

Anne Davis is an educator with over 20 years experience as an elementary classroom teacher, an instructional lead teacher, a reading specialist, and an instructional technology specialist. She is a former teacher of the year award recipient and one of the first educational bloggers. Her weblog, EduBlog Insights is a co-winner of the Best Teacher Blog in the second international Edublog Awards, a web based event that recognizes the many diverse and imaginative ways in which weblogs are being used within education. She is a founding contributor to the Ed Tech Insider weblog for eSchool News. She presents at local, state, and national conferences on blogging and other technologies used in education.

She currently works at Georgia State University in the Instructional Technology Center in the College of Education as an Information Systems Training Specialist.

Right now the teachers are looking at her wiki which is filled with links and information for using blogs in classrooms.
