Amanda Congdon has a nice video interview with Ed Cone, the Greensboro blogger, who among other snippets of wisdom says local blogging is like ivy. The first year it sleeps, the second it creeps and the third it leaps. He also says writing with hyperlinks is like 3D writing. It is not flat on a page, you can go deeper and deeper into a subject.
