Any money for an online course for doing citizen journalism?

Not website, not 'webinar', not cute little multimedia watch-at-your-own-speed modules, but a course with teacher(s) and assignments and support, online.

And not just in the 3rd world.

Ah, the rich keep getting richer.

I'd have been more impressed if the foundations had spent the money helping smaller programs fund these types of initiatives.

As well, limiting the News21 initiative fellowships to only students from those 12 schools is needlessly exclusionary of other well-deserving students, some at schools with (gasp!) no journalism program whatsoever.
