SoCon09 Social Media Conference Thrives in Bad Economy
SoCon09 Atlanta’s top social media, social networking conference continues to thrive in its third year, despite the bad economy. We inadvertently turned off the registration for a couple of hours this morning and received a barrage of emails and calls from folks who wanted to attend. Well, you still can register, registration is back up.
I know at least a few people are coming because they did get laid off. With some 250 people already registered and with many of them making hiring decisions, its a good event to do the necessary networking to get back into the job market.
