A while back I had an an embryonic idea of how citizens could join forces and create their own TV network. However, I was told that too much behind the scenes work is necessary to make it happen. But now Dan Gillmor and Howard Rheingold point me to this Drazen Pantic description of how anyone can be “a real-time video journalist.” All that’s need is a “a blog, a camcorder, and a laptop with WiFi.”
