As as former journalist and as a journalism professor occasionally I am asked if I would advise my own children to be journalists. I tell them my children are now adults and they have never really followed my advice and probably will not start now. However, about whether or not they should be journalists, well first read this and then read this. Check out the bylines.

Interesting, anyway I think it is very interesting, and I only have those two children.
