An International Digital Beauty Contest
Wired News tell us of a Miss Digital World beauty pageant. A promoter in Italy is trying to start a Computer Generated talent agency. People produce virtual beautiful images, which he then sell as ad and cover models for all kinds of publications.
I don’t care too much about that, although it is interesting. I am thinking of how news media sites, if they got creative, could have online contests for all types of homegrown computer generated content. Who knows what people are capable of producing.
The BBC still has its One-Minute Movie feature which citizens produce.
