How to Keep Folks at MySpace: Let Them Build It

Last year MySpace had 28.8 billion page views, according to a New York Times article. Here is why MySpace founder Chris DeWolfe thinks way his vast under 30 audience will not become fickled and go away:

“People are truly invested in the site,” he said. “All their friends are on it. They spent months building their profiles. And so the cost of switching is too high. If we keep building the features they want, they will stay on the site.”
