China Soon to Outnumber USA Internet Use

The Pew Internet & American Life Project reports that China now has 137 million internet users whereas estimates for USA users vary from 165 to 210 million Internet users. In China the 137 million represents just a 10 percent penetration rate, the USA numbers represent a 71 percent penetration rate, according to the report.
